Exchange Policy

We know choosing the right piece of jewellery is a very exciting and unforgettable experience.  We can help you with this process.  After your purchase, you have up to 30 days to exchange it for anything of the same value.

The only condition for an exchange is that your jewels have to be in the same shape as on the purchase date and never have been used. All our sales are final and we don’t offer any return or refund.  This policy applies to all purchases including the layaway and custom design orders.
